An entrepreneur, and a philanthropist at heart, Mr. Takkellapati is a man of high aspirations with a will to make impactful and positive changes in the life of those around him. His life goal has always been to drive a purposeful, sustainable and scalable businesses that adds value to both clients and employees alike.

He strongly believes that all businesses should uphold the highest order of business ethics, promote employee welfare, and empower national growth by directly investing in social welfare and charitable works.

Having completed his Masters in Technology in India, Mr. Takkellapati set out on a career path through the world of real estate, property development and construction in India.

Experiences here would sharpen his business acumen and drive his entrepreneurial journey in the near future.

He went on to explore opportunities beyond Indian shores while also completing his Master’s in Business Administration in the USA.

This was just the beginning…

With so much learnt and so much to offer, Mr. Takkellapati went on to nurture and set up new businesses in USA that are thriving under his guidance.

From businesses in IT, Hospitality, Restaurants, Motels, Gasoline and eventually circling back to Real Estate, Construction and Property Development…

Having been at the helm of multiple successful enterprises in the USA, with an impeccable leadership track record, it was time for him to return to his homeland and explore a newer set of opportunities.

Among other laurels bestowed upon him, Mr. Takkellapati is also, astoundingly – a 5 times winner of the coveted – Virginia Governor Excellence for IT Inventor Award. He loves spending time with the family and helping around the house, when not busy working on fulfilling new visions or helping out his community, rightfully earning him many such community accolades.

Sri Vijaya Ganapathi Avenues is Mr. Takkellapati’s newest venture that channels his renewed mission of reinventing the realtor sector in India. With experience in managing global businesses and clients, a keen entrepreneurial sense driven by strong decision making, rooted deeply in a traditional and “humanity first” upbringing – it is only a matter of time that we create another success story in India.
